If a deposit does not complete, the funds remain in your bank account or e-wallet (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet). arahtogel does not charge a fee if a transaction fails. Check your bank or payment provider's app to confirm the status. If the transaction shows as pending, wait subject to verification and refresh your arahtogel account page. If it shows as failed, you can retry the deposit using the same or a different payment method. If you see a debit from your account but no credit on arahtogel after 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction ID and bank statement screenshot. We will investigate and credit your account if the funds were received.

We at arahtogel collect and store your personal information (name, ID number, email, phone, transaction history) to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and comply with anti-money-laundering law. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your KYC documents (ID photo, selfie) are retained for 5 years after account closure, as required by regulation. Your transaction history is retained indefinitely for audit and tax purposes. Payment processors (your bank, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) handle your payment credentials directly—arahtogel does not store your full card or account number. For urgent account issues (e.g. suspected fraud, login failure), we prioritise your request and aim to respond within 2 hours. On weekends and public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek), response times may be longer. Payments and transactions

To deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on arahtogel, log into your account, go to Deposit, and select your payment method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. arahtogel will display a payment code or redirect you to the payment provider's app. Complete the payment in your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet app. Once confirmed, the funds appear in your arahtogel balance within seconds. No additional fees are charged by arahtogel; your bank or payment provider may charge a small transaction fee. For bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), arahtogel provides a unique Virtual Account number. Transfer the exact amount to that account, and your balance updates automatically within subject to verification.

If you have a promotion code for arahtogel, enter it during registration or in your Account settings under Promotions. Paste the code exactly as provided—codes are case-sensitive. Click Apply. If the code is valid and you meet the eligibility requirements, the promotion is activated and any bonus or offer is credited to your account. If the code is invalid or expired, arahtogel will display an error message. Promotion codes cannot be combined; only one code per account is allowed. arahtogel services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by law. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use of arahtogel comply with their own jurisdiction's law. We may restrict or suspend access from certain countries or regions without notice if required by law. By creating an arahtogel account, you confirm that you are accessing our platform from a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so.

Game rules and mechanics

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes, over a very large number of spins, how much of all money wagered on a slot game is returned to players as winnings. For example, a slot with means that, on average, players receive 96 cents back for every dollar wagered—over thousands of spins. The remaining non-specific info is the house edge. RTP is a statistical measure, not a guarantee for individual sessions. You may win or lose significantly in any single play. arahtogel displays the RTP for each slot game in its information panel. Different games have different RTPs; you can choose games based on your preference. RTP does not affect your odds in any single spin—each spin is independent and random.

arahtogel offers live-dealer tables for blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. A real dealer, in a studio, conducts the game in real time. You watch via video stream on your phone or desktop and place bets using your arahtogel balance. The dealer deals cards or spins the wheel, and the outcome is determined by the physical cards or wheel—not by software. All live-dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are audited for fairness. You can chat with the dealer and other players during the game. Bets are settled instantly after each round. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by table; check the table information before joining.

Security and account care

On the arahtogel login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter your registered email address. arahtogel will send a password-reset link to your email. Click the link (valid for 1 hour) and enter a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters. Confirm the new password. You can now log in with your new password. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. For security, we do not reset passwords over the phone or via chat—only via email verification.

Yes. arahtogel supports two-factor authentication via SMS or authenticator app. To enable 2FA, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Choose SMS or authenticator app. If you choose SMS, we send a code to your registered phone number each time you log in from a new device. Enter the code to complete login. If you choose an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator), scan the QR code arahtogel displays and enter the code from your app. 2FA adds an extra layer of security—even if someone knows your password, they cannot log in without the second factor. We recommend enabling 2FA if you hold a significant balance on arahtogel.

If you suspect your arahtogel account has been compromised (e.g. unauthorised login, missing balance, unexpected transactions), act immediately. Log in from a secure device and change your password (Account Settings → Security → Change Password). Enable 2FA if you have not already. Then contact our support team right away with your account username and a description of the issue. Our team can review your account activity, reverse unauthorised transactions if applicable, and secure your account. Do not share your password or 2FA codes with anyone, including arahtogel staff. We will never ask for your password via email or chat.
